I have truly enjoyed the UAF French program and the intensity of my French classes because I learned that I do my best when pushed in the right direction and that a challenge is only an opportunity. Our French play “Un geste pour un autre” was a lot of fun and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the semester by being able to see the actor or actress in all of my fellow class mates, including myself. I hope to use my degree in French and Spanish and become an interpreter and/or an Opera singer. I hope to go aboard for at least a year with my husband to better my French in the near future and I have found that my love for French has only become greater throughout my years of being in the French program.
