“I recently have returned to college in Anchorage for a second bachelor’s in social work. I originally started taking French in my senior year of high school. I fell in love with the beauty and fluidity of the language and continued taking it right up until my college graduation. I was never dissatisfied with any of my professors, each one bringing a new light on learning the language. While I never was able to go overseas, I was able to use my language in a French play “Il y avait une foule au manoir”, creating a memory that will last for the rest of my life! I am hoping to use my language skills when traveling and even potentially in my future career as a social worker.”
