“From my experience, I would say the UAF French department offers a broad range of rigorous and engaging opportunities for study. I already held a Bachelor’s degree in French when I enrolled in the 400-level special topics French classes to support my graduate studies at UAF. Even though I had already previously completed courses at the same level, my French language skills improved immensely through Dr. Matusevich’s classes, as well as the French Club meetings and a theater play.
