Graduated in 2015 with a Business Major and minor in French

The French Program provided me with more than just a solid education: we, students of French, considered ourselves a family. I took courses with Dr. Yelena Matusevich throughout my three years at UAF, and have been and will continue to be extremely grateful to her. What started as as a means to communicate to my Cajun grandmother ended up being much more than that. As my grandma forgot her tongue, it became a tool to carry on at least some part of my lineage, as well as, I hope, for my future career in international business.
