“I took French classes during 7 semesters (from 2014 to 2017) at UAF. While I already was bilingual, I had no previous knowledge of French. So, I had to learn the language in its totality. Early in 2017 I was awarded a Fellowship from the Professional Association of French Professors in USA (SPFFA) to take a five-week French intensive course at the Laval University, in Quebec (Canada), during summer of 2017. Looking back at my time as a French student at UAF I can say that my overall experience, which included classes and French club participation at UAF as well as the course in Quebec, was excellent.”
