“Allison Sanders has lived in Paris for the past 8 years. She is finishing her doctorate in anthropology at École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS), Paris, France, while working at the Science Museum in Paris. After obtaining her UAF degree in Anthropology and French, she went on to study at American University of Paris and then completed an MA at the University of Oxford. Allison also regularly conducts research in French-speaking West Africa, particularly in Senegal, but her permanent home is Paris. Allison says that her solid preparation in French grammar made her future studies and career possible, and she truly enjoyed her French classes at UAF. ”
